After you’ve completed the fitness assessment form, your initial meal plan will be in your account within 3 business days on the following Saturday at 12 noon. 

You can expect a detailed weekly plan that includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, portion sizes, and grocery list. We can also incorporate intermittent fasting into your plan.

When it comes to building muscle or burning fat, it is not always quick and easy. On average, it takes 4 weeks to really start seeing significant results to where we would need to make an adjustment on something.

We aim to make meal plans user-friendly and cater to different skill levels. We can provide simple recipes and cooking tips if needed, but it will depend on your cooking expertise.

ou’re supposed to do either at-home, follow a or gym workouts, but not both workouts in the same day. The program has at-home and gym options so you won’t miss a day of workouts.

A good rule of thumb is to use a weight that you are able to get the designated number of reps and not a single more. For instance, if you are going for 8 reps, you should fail on the 8th rep and be unable to get 9. But remember, do not sacrifice form for weight!
